Some Of Our Recent Projects
KEFI GREEK RESTAURANT
A new restaurant in an early 20th-century structure that utilizes two-foot thick exterior walls to support the internal wood structure. The challenges with this space are the fire separation between the new restaurant and the existing apartments on the second floor. A great opportunity for us to show our architectural skills.
HANDEL FAMILY RESIDENCE
This custom designed 2,300 square foot new home provides space for 3-bedrooms (includes a large first floor Master Suite), a large kitchen open to the family room, and a dining room just around the corner from the family room. There's also a spacious laundry/mud room and a large bonus room over the two-car garage.
RURAL METRO FIRE STATION 27
Located in Knoxville, Tennessee, the
6,000 square foot Rural Metro Fire Station 27 features 4 vehicle bays in addition to a maintenance area, a space for exercise equipment, a large living area, and 4 sleeping quarters.
